At EZ Stitch Digitizing & Vectorizing Services, we proudly provide high-quality embroidery digitizing and vector conversion services. All files are custom-crafted based on your provided artwork, making our services digital and non-returnable.

✅ Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be approved only in the following cases:

  • We fail to deliver the design as agreed.

  • The file is technically unusable and cannot be fixed.

  • The design significantly deviates from the artwork and cannot be corrected.

If issues occur, we will make unlimited edits to correct the design before issuing a refund.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • You change your mind after the design has been started or delivered

  • You provided the wrong artwork or instructions

  • The file is rejected due to machine format preference or thread selection error

  • You decide not to use the file after delivery

  • You request digitizing for a new file instead of revising the original

We offer Unlimited Edits to ensure your satisfaction.

🕒 Revision Guarantee

Every order includes:

  • Unlimited edits until approval

  • Stitch adjustments for digitizing files

  • Vector refinement & format adjustments for vector files

  • Minor resizing where technically possible

We work with you until your file is ready for production or print use.

⏱️ Turnaround & Delivery

Standard turnaround applies unless otherwise agreed.

If we miss a confirmed deadline and you no longer need the file, a refund may be requested before delivery.

📁 Vectorizing Service Refund Terms

This refund policy also applies to vector conversion services, with the following additional notes:

Refunds may be granted if:

  • The vector file cannot be used for print, screen print, DTF, DTG, laser, or vinyl use

  • We cannot create a clean and usable vector after attempts to refine the source artwork

Non-refundable if:

  • Your provided artwork is too low quality and cannot be vectorized (we will inform you before proceeding)

  • You request additional design changes beyond vector conversion

  • You submit new artwork instead of revisions to the original file

We provide multiple revisions to ensure your vector file meets proper production standards.
