1. Nature of Service
We provide embroidery digitizing and vector artwork conversion services. All files are produced based on customer artwork and format specifications.
2. Order & Delivery Policy
Digital delivery only
Turnaround time depends on design complexity
Edits are included as stated on pricing plans
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide:
Correct artwork
Required machine format (e.g., DST, PES)
Correct size specifications
Thread preferences (optional)
- Correct information about Fabric to be used
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect input information.
4. Edits & Corrections
Unlimited edits are included until approval. Major redesigns due to new artwork or changed instructions may incur additional cost.
5. Refunds
Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
6. Usage Rights
We digitize designs you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for copyright compliance.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Production issues caused by machine tension or operator error
Thread breaks or density adjustments after design approval
Commercial loss or indirect damages
8. Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely via supported gateways (Paypal, Cashapp). Upcoming soon (Paddle and Credit Cards)
