## 1. Scope & Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ThreadMaster Pro color conversion application ("the Tool") or purchasing a lifetime license, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Tool.

## 2. Software License & Usage Rights
* **Single Brand-Pair License ($14.99)**: Grants one individual or commercial embroidery facility a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to perform multi-code batch conversions and generate PDF reports between the two specified thread lines.
* **All-Access Master Lifetime Pass ($39.99)**: Grants one individual or commercial embroidery facility lifetime access to perform batch conversions and generate PDF reports across all supported manufacturer catalogs.
* **Multi-Device Rights & Anti-Sharing Policy**: Each license permits activation on up to three (3) distinct physical devices/workstations simultaneously (e.g. Shop PC, Office Laptop, Tablet). Publicly distributing, leaking, reselling, or sharing license keys on forums, Reddit, or social media is strictly prohibited and results in immediate key termination without refund.

## 3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy
* We stand behind the quality of our color conversion tools. If you are unsatisfied with ThreadMaster Pro, purchased the incorrect brand pair by mistake, or experience technical issues, you may request a full refund within **fourteen (14) calendar days** of purchase.
* **Instant Self-Service Refund**: Users can trigger an automated 1-click refund request directly using the link in their receipt email or by contacting support at info@ezstitchdigitizing.com. Upon processing, the license key is deactivated immediately.

## 4. Color Science, Spectral Simulation & Production Liability
* **Mathematical Approximation**: Color matching calculations are performed using the international standard **CIEDE2000 ($\Delta E_{00}$)** perceptual formula operating within the CIE $L^*a^*b^*$ color space.
* **Physical vs. Digital Discrepancy**: Digital screen pixels (sRGB) emit backlight, whereas physical embroidery threads absorb and reflect ambient light through fiber sheens (Rayon vs. Trilobal Polyester). 
* **Mandatory Physical Verification**: All color conversions are provided for guidance and production planning. **EZ Stitch Digitizing and Stitch Digitizing Solutions LLC assume no liability for production errors, fabric wastage, stitch-outs, or client disputes.** Users are solely responsible for conducting physical sample sew-outs and visual shade card inspections before commencing bulk commercial production.
